Is it possible to believe in the historical facts pertaining to Jesus Christ and profess agreement with Christian doctrine without truly being born again? See James 2:19 Is it possible to engage in Christian activities and ministries without truly being born again? See Matthew 7:21-23 What is the difference between trusting in a living person and giving mental assent to certain historical facts? Which of these is biblical “faith”?
At this point in your life can you honestly say that you have placed your trust in Jesus Christ? What evidence of the presence and work of the Holy Spirit do you see in your life? If you are unsure about your relationship with Jesus, please talk to one of the elders or a friend who knows Jesus…the Lord doesn’t want you to live in a state of uncertainty regarding the most important relationship in your life!
