One of the nice things about RSS feeds has been the advent of the podcast. This is just a fancy way of delivering new multimedia content (ie audio) to subscribers without them having to go to a website and click on a link to download the file.

So how can I subscribe to the Grace Community Church Sermons in my iTunes?

First, you’ll want to have iTunes installed. Of course, if you have asked the previous question then you probably do… so onward!

Open up your iTunes and click on the Podcasts icon on the left hand side under Library. Then click the Advanced file menu item and then the Subscribe to Podcast… menu item.

Next you will get a dialog box that you can enter the Podcast URL. Enter the following address into the box and click the OK button:
http://feeds.feedburner.com/gccpensacola/sermons

Next you will be back in your Podcasts listing in iTunes. A new entry should appear titled Grace Community Church » Sermons and it should automatically start downloading the latest sermon.

From there you should be good. As new sermons are posted online, iTunes will download them. You can setup any iPod (or iPhone) that you may have to synchronize if you like. Then you’ll have the Word of God on the go!
